Property Description

FULLY FURNISHED, newly remodeled, single-story Palm Desert condo is waiting for you. It has a perfect blend of 1960's decor with all new modern amenities and upgrades. The interior highlights an open and bright layout, with a huge kitchen island, brand new custom cabinetry and upgraded appliances. Nothing has been spared in the making of this unit to be invitingly comfortable, while also offering modern technology and a small workspace, if needed. So much thought and care have gone into the "custom" design, of the electric fireplace, custom curtains, bedding and lighting. The unit looks like a sweet little cottage that sits out front with no unit above or below it. The prime location is just a 3-minute ride to the famous El Paseo shops and restaurants AKA "The Rodeo Drive of the Desert". If you just want to have peace and quiet, put on your hiking boots and catch the sunset on the scenic hiking trails located directly behind the complex, enjoy the natural beauty of Palm Desert, OR just RELAX and go for a dip in one of the two community sparkling swimming pools and spas. Hurry and book before the season starts .
